Before You Book — Please Read

We’re so excited to bring your brand to life through design! Before purchasing your package, please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and aligned experience:

📦 Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time for branding projects is 4 Weeks (depending on the scope and client response time). Rush options may be available at an additional cost—please inquire before booking.

💬 Communication

Project communication will be managed through email and Notion, with Zoom calls available if needed. Please allow 24–48 hours for email responses. Timely feedback is essential to keep the project on track.

📂 Client Responsibility

You’ll be responsible for submitting all required materials (brand questionnaire, images, written content, etc.) prior to your project start date. Delays in submission may result in rescheduling or project delays.

💳 Payments

A non-refundable retainer or full payment is required to book. Payment plans are available for select packages and must be completed in full before final files are released.

📑 Policies & Conditions

By purchasing any service or package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Graphics by Royal Policy Page. This includes terms regarding revisions, refunds, project timelines, and deliverables.

What to Expect After Booking:

Once your package is booked, you will receive a service contract within 24 hours or less for review and signature. After the contract is signed, a link to your client portal (hosted via Notion) will be sent to your email.

Inside your portal, you’ll find:

  • Project timeline & progress tracker

  • Upload folders for brand materials

  • Your booking link for the initial strategy call

Your first strategy call will take place via Zoom and is designed to clarify your brand goals, creative direction, and next steps.

📝 Please come prepared with:

  • Brand inspiration (Pinterest boards, screenshots, or visuals)

  • Any existing branding materials (logos, colors, fonts, etc.)

  • Business clarity or vision notes you'd like considered

This session sets the tone for your entire brand experience, so the more detail you can bring, the more aligned the outcome will be!

🔁 Revisions Policy:

Each package includes up to 5 free revisions (font, color, or placement changes only). These are designed to fine-tune your visuals and ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.

🔹 After 5 revisions, an additional fee of $10 per revision will apply.
🔹 Each revision request adds 3 business days to 1 week to the project timeline, depending on the complexity of the changes.

To avoid delays, please provide clear and consolidated feedback during the revision phase.
